Self-healing with Ayurvedic Tapping

I hope you are safe and well. 

I wanted to share some self healing techniques that I use to keep myself grounded and balanced while the world shifts and changes. I have used these in my BodyTalk session I have done for my clients for years.

Using an Ayurvedic tapping with deep breathing while focusing on body parts that need balancing is an easy quick way to recenter. 

Every cell communicates with every other cell and when we are well integrated we stay healthier. The techniques are to help reconnect the brain cortices to each other, and to correct a “neurological switching” that stress often creates.

If you find yourself constantly getting your numbers and letters backward, you will appreciate this one. They can be used anytime, (I have become an expert at “stealth tapping” in public places!) But they are especially helpful before exams, presentations or any time you need to feel grounded and mentally clear. It is safe to  use the treatment for yourself and your children.
